DoneLine Privacy Policy
DoneLine is an app by FSolutionIT (F Solution It LTDA). This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
For your account to work, we store:
- name and email, received from Google or Apple when you sign in. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only get a relay address;
- an identifier for your account;
- what you write in the app: tasks, areas, group names and each task's history (dates, postponements, completions);
- your phone's time zone and language, to know when your day starts and which language to show;
- whether you subscribe to DoneLine Pro and until when.
How we use it
Only to make the app work: store your tasks, calculate your numbers, show the tasks of the groups you belong to and unlock what your subscription includes. We don't sell your data, use it for ads or track you.
Who can see it
Only you see your personal tasks. Group tasks are visible to that group's members, including who did each action. You only join a group by accepting an invite, and you can leave anytime.
Where it is stored
On servers contracted by FSolutionIT, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Third-party services
We use a few outside services, only for what the app needs:
- Apple and Google, for sign-in. Their privacy policies also apply;
- App Store and Google Play, which process subscription payments. We never receive your card details;
- RevenueCat, which tells us whether your subscription is active. It only receives your account identifier, no name or email.
The app does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings > Delete account. We erase your personal data and the text of your tasks. Records with no personal information (dates and counts) may be kept anonymously. You leave every group and your open group tasks go to the group owner. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple account.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play settings.

Children
The app is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
