Delete your DoneLine account

You can delete your account anytime, right in the app. No need to contact anyone.

In the app

It takes less than a minute:

• Open DoneLine and tap the gear icon (Settings).
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm.

Done. You are signed out right away and your data is erased.

What gets erased

Your name, your email, the text of your personal tasks, your area names and the app's access to your Apple account, if you signed in with Apple. You leave every group.

What is kept

Records with no personal information (dates and counts), anonymously. Tasks you created in a group that is still active stay with the group, because they are part of the shared list. If you owned a group with other people, its oldest member becomes the owner.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, which is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it first: on iPhone, Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

Can't access the app?

Email contato@fsolutionit.com.br with the subject "Delete DoneLine account", from the same email as your account. We reply within 2 business days and confirm when the deletion is done.
